What's the best thing to target on these hot, bright, late summer days? Washington state, freshwater or salt. Salmon aren't in yet, summer steelhead runs are barely there on the rivers I'm near, the trout have all seemed to fuck off, not even the stocked lakes are giving me anything. I just want to catch a fish, I've had nothing but tiny sculpin for over a month. Any and all ideas welcome I have no idea what else to target or where I'd do it as yet, I just need to be pointed in the right direction
