But to be fair it normally takes me ages, like fucking 3 to 4 hours from waking up to get back going again. I like to take my sweet time and not plan my hike to being too intensive because I really hate it if I set my distances to be so long that I don't have any time to hang around in the evenings. Hiking, then stopping to pitch a tent and to cook and then immediately going to bed only to do it all over again tomorrow is a dreadful experience.
