>>878367I forgot to add to make your starter combo a little better, I would recommend buying a higher quality fly line than what you get with the combo. learn to cast with the first line and fish the better line. fly lines are easy to change out and extra spools are usually available to buy for most reels.
you can always spend thousands of dollars on fly fishing gear and its accessories later on but learning to cast is the first step. doing it with a simple setup especially for the fish named is the most simple method. imo
