Last time we had this convo I spent like an hour looking at the sat images of AZ woodlands and saw alot of pretty stuff but no genuinely dense forests like you are saying, so I'm just asking you to tell me where to look. I'm about to look up the areas you mentioned though. Btw I'm not hating on the place, I'm about to take a trip out there in the next few months.
Pic rel is the type of thing I consider a dense woodland- and this forest is 600,000 acres in total btw.
