All right I guess this is an /out/ food general now.
Looking to test out some couscous cold soak/quick on the stove recipes, with all dried ingredients.
So far I'm thinking
>couscous, obviously
>drumbled vegetable stock
>dried onions
>dried tomatoes
>possibly raisins
What else is good to put in there, for some protein and fats? Cashews, pine nuts, and bring a small bottle of olive oil?
Not a vegetarian btw, just having a hard time imagining what kind of dried meat would work well in a cold soak
