Trangia stoves
Light (1kg or less), compact (about 10cm thick cylinder with 20cm in diameter when packed) and durable (the one I'm using is older than I am, and the only thing wrong with it is that the non-stick coating in the pan is starting to wear out). Can be used in any weather or even inside your tent. All models come with ethanol burners, but there's also the option of a gas burner for most models. Costs around 100$ depending on model.
