>>1606142ok it's me. I took 2 flakes, crushed them (but i think the chunks were too big), packed my pipe full, tamped it to 1/2 but too hard (I'm sure) then filled it full and tried to light. I used matches. I immidiately got burnt taste - the same taste I felt when I was a kid and we smoked hay straws with friends. Eventhough I tried to ,,kiss the tobacco with the flame" and wasn't directing the flame straight into the tobacco, only pulling it down when drawing.
I got fed up, dumped the packed tobacco away, packed everything and now I'm waiting for tomorrow. Maybe I will get me a BIC lighter.
