Sometimes I kind of want to become a game warden just so I can throw the book at "people" like that.
As a side note, it's ironic, because my grandma said that she and my grandpa kept a couple of burbot once (they never left them to die, just usually put them back) and they tasted virtually indistinguishable from walleye. All those people were throwing the burbot away without even realizing it was just as good as what they wanted to catch.
