i went to some 1 acre pond in the middle of a park expecting it to be kinda trashy and fished out and was pleasantly surprised.
it's overrun with dink bass (8-10 inches) but there's a few okay bass in there considering it's a 1 acre pond that no one puts food in to
>pic relatedi also saw a carp that had to be over 30 inches, and saw another eating cottonwood seeds, so i casted my cottonwood seed fly near it, and a little 7 inch dink bass came up, ate my cotton wood seed fly, and spooked my carp.
