It doesn't look particularly sturdy and I would spend more than $30 on something I was using for 'long term hiking'. The last thing you want id your pack falling apart 20 miles in and then have to pay even more $ for something at a brick and mortar outfitter, assuming you lug all your gear there.
I have something similar, the High Sierra Titan 75L. It is bigger than I really need but it can be tightened down when I have less stuff in it and it feels really sturdy. I have had it almost a year now with no issues. There are also more points to attach things to than the Karrimore you posted. It retails for about $125+ but I got mine on sale online for like $60 shipped or something close to that. Pic related, except mine is black. Trailmate has the green.
