>>1214074>dry/hotTomatoes love that, I'm growing in wet/cool climate, first ripe ones will appear in late June and the plants will usually succumb to potato blight even when I shield them from the rain by around November when growth has almost halted anyway
Here a pic of my recently upgraded rain shelter (added a waved plastic roof because the previous foil tore apart), has withstood the heavy winds of last week quite well so far.
Just need to find some appropriate tool to cut away the excess part that stands over (so that wet snow won't destroy it), you can't saw it because it will splinter/crack that way, thinking of using a hot thread to "melt-saw" it
Anyway plants won't go in the ground until late March, currently starting indoors
