Seriously, adding extra bbl length and blocking the easy removal of your suppressor with a literally, "Flaming long-assed bbl shroud", isn't very stealthy.
For true stealth innawoods a suppressor setup esp. on a takedown is the way to go.

I will restate, the threaded bbl Ruger 10/22 takedown with suppressor, esp with folding stock, is the best, next most, stealthy .22LR you could hope for.
