200lbs is a pretty aesthetic weight at 6ft if you're below 15% bodyfat and lift weights and stuff. It would require maybe 6-8 hours a week at the gym but overall easy to not be a blob at that weight

At home I'll eat as much protein as I can but for backpacking you might as well save weight and go with a lower estimate for nearly the same effect
