You have right now what most people on here hope to attain as the summation of their life's work. The only thing they want, the only thing that's real in a world of torments and ruins. And you want to sell it. For what? What could be worth that?
Personal opinion: you have a moral duty to keep that land, improve it, and pass it on to your children; it's their birthright. Don't let me cramp your style though, man.
