>>781520Yeah. I'm fishing a bigger creek that flows through a large city. It gets a bad rap as being polluted so nobody fishes it. There's a park with probably half a mile of frontage on both sides 2 minutes from my place so I've been fishing it during the afternoons. I've heard that during the winter the bass and panfish run out into the river and rainbows run upstream into the city.
I'm gonna go out after work today and see if I can catch some of the flatheads that live in it. Not a great place to catch big fish but it's been a good place to practice. The water is clear and shallow enough that I can watch my entire retrieve which has really helped me figure out what these fish react to
