I'm terrified of everything that lives underwater and make it my personal duty to destroy as much as I can with my mouth, because I have a deep dark fear of everything aquatic that drives me to murder swimming animals and consume them with their heads on like a savage.
Catch and release is cruel though. They're still thinking/feeling creatures as dumb as they are. You're better off kayaking or swimming with them or just feeding trout etc from the shore rather than hauling them in and wrecking their mouths
