My breakfast was spent sitting in the garden this morning. I had some kale, dandelion, common plantain, romaine lettuce, and a day lily flower. I like to eat them in order of bitterness, worst to least, as I listed above. The day lily has a very unique flavor and after you've eaten it, the back of your throat has a slight spiciness.
