As a wildland firefighter I recommend danner smokejumpers they are worth the extra money and you will appreciate that when your spiked somewhere on top of a hill for 14 days getting food flow in by helicopter and hiking everywhere.

Remember, its either your breaking your boots in to your foot or your boots are breaking your feet.
