My current car is a Hyundai Tucson which is awesome, but only 2wd and winters are sometimes challenging. Some terribly maintained roads to backcountry locations have given me a lot of trouble, but I did get through it with the help of some friends. Hence off-road model because it has a diff lock.
Also work construction so I'd like a truck, but not too big. Everyone talks up Toyotas as reliable, but the Tacoma last year had a bunch of problems in production because it was a new generation, so I'm waiting till they iron out the kinks.
Is the Tacoma a meme? Expensive as fuck even used with 200,000km. Any better options for a small-ish truck?
