Picrel is a springbok shot with a Berger bullet, those are some very tiny fragments, you could easily eat that without noticing.
For adults, it probably doesn't matter that much, but children can have side effects from that on their mental development, so it's something to at least consider if you feed your kids game meat.
Good monolithics drop game just as well as cup and core bullets (you do lose some range), so I see no downside with using lead-free bullets for hunting.
