>>1306042What is the long spiky stuff in the back?
>>1306044>>1306048>>1306059I started mine in doors in the 1st week of March, planted under plastic in late April, and only in the past couple of days have any been ripening. Last frost was April 30th, which zapped a lot of stuff which recovered, but normally last frost is around May 10th. No one else plants out until after May 10th. I'm in a Zone 5 and weather is normally raining and hot up until Dog Days. Then it is dry, hot, and double hot. Cultivar type can also affect when they ripen. Excessive rain/overwatering can affect fruit development.
Everyone else here has tomato plants that are about 2 feet tall now. My best ones are over 6 feet tall and loaded with fruit.
