>>108920I'm no expert, but sure! Funny of you to ask, when I was in the Boy Scouts a few years back I'd always use CamelBak. Mouth piece wise, definitely Platypus in regards to lifespan and durability. However, you can always change them and get replacement pieces.
The great thing about them are the distribution of weight and slimness of the bag, while maintaining enough space and being comfortable. Also, the bag itself holds just the right amount of water for its size, comparative to how much distance you're hiking/biking or whatever.
As long as you take care of your pack, it should last you a few good years. Camelbak is also a great brand, but for my personal hiking and biking needs, Platypus was a better fit. If you're trying to decide between the two, you really can't go wrong with either brands. They both provide the same result in the end, it's mostly preference and how you use them. I recommend both brands, friend.
