I've been introduced to the kelly kettle. I want one. I like that you only need to use a small amount of fuel to boil water, and there are some cool accessories for it which allow you to cook either on the base like a mini bbq or on top of the chimney flue so you can boil water and cook something at the same time.
It comes in stainless steel or aluminium. Which should I go for? The steel one is 260g heavier. Is that worth the extra durability?
Are there any other trade-offs that I'm not considering? Does steel keep the water hot for longer, for example?
