I'm the anon that was asking about putting rattles in my lures and if it would work, got to try it out yesterday and I think it helped, the water was murky and I think the rattle helped. Only caught 3. Pic related was the smallest and caught on a 5" Berkley Gulp Grub with a rattle inserted, the next fish was a 15" cabezon on the same grub, and later a 16.5" grass rockfish on a different colored grub with a rattle inserted. I think the rattle might have helped because I also fished the same lures without a rattle and I noticed less strikes, going to test it out again in a few weeks
