They look great, I was just going to make a wooden sheath by lashing two halves i've carved out together but your way seems alot more professional. I only have soft sofa leather to hand so i'll probably just layer it. The handle screws look so much better than i had imagined, great job on them. As for wood, I'm planning on just pebbling out and using birch I have dried already bc its so easy to work with a crook knife.
