My cousins got a cheap popup years ago for like $1100. They had it for 3 years and then sold it for $1300. As long as there are no leaks, they hold their value once that value has dropped to a certain level.
It doesn't take much to make one look nice. Paint the walls and cabinets. Replace the curtains and sear fabric. Add $50 worth of vinyl planks for the floor from Lowe's, and you've got a pop up that looks new.
