>>870385Keeps shit from breaking every window on the house. There are different types. My old house had these big awning type things you just fold down and they stay up all year round. Other housed have accordian style ones that you slide closed and lock. This house has these panels that are probably 14" wide and you put them all together and they bolt up to little tracks on the windows.
