I've swapped the papayas over to a new set up. The little old tube lighting from the thrift store just wasn't going to cut it anymore. Not only are there new lights, but they're setup on a heating pad. They've responded well to the new lights over the past few days, putting on some decent growth. Of the original 18 seeds, 12 plants have survived this far. In the meantime, the other seeds have arrived, and I've seeded the cocona, husk cherry, and cherry tomato. According to the vendor, the cocona takes from 4 to 12 weeks to germinate.
Tomorrow I will seed the pepino.
