There is one bigger lake there, and it looks like it is clear from behind those houses. And it isn't so close to the houses where you will piss them off.
And then there are two smaller ponds to the south that look like you might be able to get to them. Gotta look for stuff like that. I just plead ignorance to "No Tresspassing" signs and try not to hop any tall fences. My one lake I have to walk through some random gate in the fence by these businesses to get to the lake. I go there all the time and have never had an issue. Just smile and wave to people and act like you belong.
