I don't think liberals are really concerned about this for a few reasons.
*It's about men and many of them are parasites employed by groups ostensibly for women's benefit. ie. If people care about men their groups might be funded less.
*They may go so far as to believe boys and men being deformed by estrogens is a good thing.
*They would be (needlessly) terrified that people knowing women are pissing estrogen into drinking water would lead to evil conservatives banning the pill.
