>>597424personally I like this. canteen/cup. I've found it a good versatile solution for me although I'd recommend getting the optional lid for the cup to hasten boil times. I have a pot/pan thing like your picture and although I like it a lot too, I just find the canteen/cup combo does 90% of the same thing with a canteen included in the mix and I will generally just leave it behind. The thing with the pot/pan combo is really the ability to fry stuff, but honestly it's so small the only real thing you can do is an egg.
Anyway the build on this canteen and cup is fantastic and I'd pretty much say everything about the design is brilliant. Wide mouth on the stainless canteen. Cup has measure marks, lid has straining holes, volume on each is excellent, and the little stove is a decent enough stand while boiling. The stainless also is pretty damn sturdy and makes me less nervous than aluminum.
