>>423331If Euro Perch behave anything like our white and yellow here in the states you should have no problem teaching her with a simple light-spinning setup and some little lures. If you don't think it'd seem too silly tie a little sinker on your line about the same weight as the spinners you'll be using and have her make some practice casts out in the yard. Maybe set up some "structure" (water bottles, cans, frisbee, whatever) to practice casting around. That's what I did when I was little. Being able to target structure you suspect fish to be on and accurately place your lure near it is a big part of a successful fishing trip.
