>>444831Yeah, the banjo was 4lbs. Worth it though. Gear was pretty spartan by summer. Sent my stove home, my hammock home, all but a single pair of clothes home, etc. Anything I didn't use at least every other day or so was sent home.
Used an ultralight rain tarp for a shelter for the last 4 1/2 months of the trail.
