Key in lat/long as waypoints for the geocaches. Putting them into a GPX and moving them in through the computer will be easier, you'll need a serial port on your computer or a USB-serial adapter to do that though. Those adapters are about $20, plus the cost of the GPS's serial cable. The connector's big enough you can use minigrabber leads (/diy/-ish) if you don't have or don't want to spend the money on a cable. Pinout's in the owners manual.
GPSBabel can squirt GPX files into the receiver through the serial port.
