Was totally worth the experience and payoff. The whole ordeal made my team building and communication/delegation skills skyrocket.
I was involved in a great troop my first half of my Boy Scout experience and a not so good one filled with bougie dads for my last half after my family moved to a larger and more affluent city. Having said that though, my second half of Scouts I was able to experience Philmont AND High Adventure Sea Base. God I wish I could go back and re-live those awesome memories and experiences.
