**50ft length for bear-bagging food. Not needed for every trip.
**40ft length for tarp ridge line. I "two-strand twist" this into a strong, 20ft ridge line. Length is dependent upon how many 1ft loops you need.
**1ft loops tied to each grommet point on my tarp so I don't need to mess with it in the field...makes for quick tarp setup should the need arise.
**So, cut your 50ft line, cut your 1ft loops, use the rest for your ridge line.
