My extended senpai, over a few generations, has constructed this hunting camp/lodge up in the middle of nowhere. It probably sleeps 8-12 but is the most shitty slum-tier structure I have ever seen. One large prefab trailer sort of building from no later than 1950 and a few sheds/storage units all welded together. Has a porch and a range though, and the land is probably very valuable because it is loaded with quality timber.
