took 7 hour on the abandoned turnpike between judy gap and circeville atop north fork mountain at the real southern tip on nature conservancy property to get to this view
it used to be a road and now it has a LOT of rocks and leaves - many such cases
u park on the road when it gets too bad - if you had an atv you could probably make it to the gate
