though system use different methods of sending information they all work the same way broadcasting timestamped data.
so for example in kazakhstan you might get 4 GPS satellites and 7 GLONASS satellites. so the system with the 7 will be more reliable and robust in use as a temporary loss of signal from 1-3 satellites is covered by redundancy.
