Tweakers have been sneaking into this place for a while. The landlord has got squatters in there now too, that's how we got in. He makes an agreement with the squatters to keep tweakers/urbex guys out of the place. He's an autist that thinks because it's "not insured" he's libel for any idiot that sneaks in and does something stupid. Or he's afraid they'll burn down the concrete and brick building. I think he's just a total autist to be honest. Regardless, make friends with squatters and you too can go on obscure adventures in dark basements.
