>>914491Yeah you have the option of having a magnetic switch on the side or spool tentioner on star drags, though if you practice enough you don't really need it and it just slightly hinders cast distance.
I always opt for cast control becasue birds-nests with 300+ yards of line fucking suck, especially with how fast the spools spin on lever drag reels. Conventionals are very popular here in Texas for some odd reason.
