Paid 130€ for the 20D version (210T is 20% heavier) during some sale.
I'm very happy with it. Everything feels high quality, it's big enough that 2 adults can fit inside to sleep. If you add your backpacks inside rather than in the vestibule it gets a little tight, but even that's doable.
In general it's definitely a hiking tent, so you don't want to live in it for a week or so, you use it to sleep, pack gear and eat breakfast at most, because there's just enough room for one person to sit up and that's it, but you can't really expect a giant inside space from a hiking tent.
Overall everything about it feels high quality and well thought out, I never had a moment where I was unsure or afraid if it could handle a storm or something.
As for downsides: Ventilation is just kinda middle of the field, not unusable, but if you only ever camp in hot places one with better ventilation is probably better.
You can't really set up the outer before the inner, which is a bit of a shame when building it while it rains. You kind of can if you really have to, but it's clear it's not designed for that.
Lastly, stay clear of the 4 season version. It's worse in every way and not suited for 4 seasons, just don't get it.
Overall it's a great allrounder. Big enough for 2 people if needed, small enough you don't feel bitter about the added weight when hiking alone. Tall enough that you can just barely sit up, small enough that you can kinda stealth camp depending on where you are. Cheap enough where you pay substantially less than most people with high quality tents yet expensive enough that it can have higher quality parts that won't break after a handful of uses.
I very much love it.
