Look for sale by owner jobs. They're caught in the objective loss of trade ins that don't consider the cost of farkles. You'll need panniers, a rack, and lever guards. I recommend a gas can mount and bashplate too.
Otherwise, you're looking at backpacking gear. Failing anything else, you could just strap the loaded bag to the seat. (For which, I avoid bungees. Literally burnt up my first $300 "big boy" pack after one stretched and broke.)
