>>2118417*I like to use cast iron at lookout. A lot of it can just be wiped with a paper towel if you don't burn, which propane loves to do. Last year, I found a great recipe where you mix 1-3 eggs, turn heat to 3-4 or low on propane, butter pan (I just grab the wrapper and rub the end of the butter on cast iron base), pour eggs on pan when water drop makes pan sizzle. Quickly add cheese of any means on top in thin slices and a tortilla on top so it helps glue the egg to the tortilla. Give egg a minute, and then use spatula to flip. From there, you can either fold the tortilla in half to make a taco, or roll it up to make a rollup. You can add condiments, veggies, or meat as its a more bulky omelette.
*Chocolate is always a great kickstarter. Trader joes has $5 bricks of milk chocolate that is made by the finest belgian rapists that must know a secret or two. Chocolate covered coffee beans are pretty good. Traders chocolate coffee beans for 99cents are not as good as they were. In Europe, there is Sho-ka-kola you can get from varusteleka. The chocolate bricks are the best good cheap chocolate, but think coffee chocolate is also good.
*Trader Joes instant coffee is great for quick caffeine. I also carry jet-alert for 100 mg caffeine tablets that doesn't have food dyes or other bullshit added. Always have the three: ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and aspirin on you. Don't mix NSAIDs. 2 acetaminophen, 2 aspirin for most headaches. Excedrin (migraine) is that plus caffeine. Ibuprofen for muscles, but some like naproxen sodium more.
*The best thing to eat /out/ with one utensil is a super long spork if you use any MREs or Mountain House shit without dipping nasty hands into containers.
Someone covered spices above. If you have MTHFR (motherfucker) genetic mutation, you can't absorb folic acid (synthetic folate from plants). Government required most breads to add healthy synthetic vitamins so a lot of bread products have it, and your b-12 will not do well. Make you sweepy.
