If you get bored of that lake, there are two more lakes right there. If you keep going north on Powerline, they are both just north of Wiles Rd (the next light). The one on the west side of Powerline doesn't have a ton of spots to fish from shore from what I've seen. But if you go north on Powerline from Sample, turn right on Wiles, and then make a left into those warehouses right there, you will see a pretty good sized lake back there. They both have sneks, Mayans, and largemouth.
