That's at most 1000 a month split 4-5 ways. That way at least during our first few years we wont have to risk starving to death while we get things together. Plus we can always sell the land as a camp ground/ subdivisions up later and buy land farther out when we know what we are doing. And who can't find at least 200$ a month worth of employment? I make about 2000k and I deliver god damn newspapers.
