You can buy whatever the shit you want, provided there is a proper background check, you give proof that you can handle it (maybe something like a drivers license?) and you give proof that you have your shit in a safe when not used or on the way to usage.
On top of that, and that is what reduces illegal guns over time, you are allowed to stop and search everyone, everywhere. This would stop if the gun violence is under a certain level in an area. And you are allowed to search homes whenever there is a reasonable doubt there might be an unregistered weapon or violation of the other rules.
Not sure if casual carry (concealed or not) is usage or should be allowed at all. I guess i don't mind. If you have provided all the proof, why not allow to carry i guess.
This all should, over time, reduce the guns that are in the hand of those that are most prone to gun violence. Angsty teenagers, niggers, white trash and the like.
