Poor man's remedy for shitty sleeping bag woes: take a knife to it and sew or tape it up. Fuck zippers, fuck drawstrings, fuck any insulation that is compressed by the ground/hammock. Buy a blue groundsheet for your hammock and upgrade from that set up.
