Wood pigeons are great for eating, probably my favorite game bird. The best meat is in the breast, chuck em in a frying pan, no more than 2 minutes on each side, the meat needs to be red.
The carcass, wings and legs I use to either make soup, or to make a broth which you can use to make red wine sauce or something.
