6'4 240 22 year old with an extremely active lifestyle here, going to assume your similar. You will require between 3500 and 4500 calories a day for maintenance. Realistically there is nothing wrong with cutting that short for a while, especially at our weight, so I aim for 3000 a day for sub 1 week trips. Since you're smaller I will guess towards the lower end. I'm also going to assume that bulk is a primary concern over weight for you as someone our size realistically doesn't notice an extra couple pounds but you only have so much room in you pack. When I go out I try to pack the most nutrient dense food I can go make up the bulk of my calories per day. I try to stick to fat based calories as I don't particularly care for sweets. I don't know what you have available locally, but I usually do end up bringing a candy bar per two/three days days because hitting 3000 calories per day is hard sometimes and they are super calorie dense. I tend to eat my calories dirty, so if your in this for the long haul then stop reading because your micros will fuck you. It's not all that difficult to pack calories in, but eating straight lard is not ideal for obvious reasons so I split my food into "filling" and "calorie" groups. For my filling group my go to is rice and corned beef hash. A can of cbh is around 700-800 calories depending on brand, and 1 cup of dry rice is another 700 or so, putting you at 1400 for the day with very little bulk. I find that this is more than enough to keep my stomach full.
